Paul’s comes to the Health Insurance business after a 20-plus year career in the automotive industry as a Process and Industrial Engineer. Attention to detail and streamlining of processes are the hallmark of Paul’s business skills and he has transferred those skills to the Health Insurance business by developing a unique and efficient way of fitting benefits and health insurance plans to clients. He has helped to develop the concept of Health Insurance “refinance” along with other members of the Catalist team to bring fast and effective value to the client in terms of better benefits for less money. Paul has streamlined the sales process from incoming lead to final sale in order to more effectively satisfy the customer’s insurance and investment needs and affect the bottom line for both the customer and the organization.
Paul has a B.S. from Purdue University and an M.A. from Ball State and has taken several courses for continuous improvement throughout his career. He works to employ the fundamentals of The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People and always strives to create win-win outcomes.
